Return and Refund Policy

At AsGrove, we want every customer to be satisfied with their shopping experience. If you are not happy with the product you received or if there is a quality issue, we offer a  worry-free return or exchange service within 15 days of delivery.

Note: Accessories are not covered by this policy. All accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue.


Return & Exchange Period:
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must have been purchased directly from AsGrove's official store. Except for products with quality issues, returned or exchanged items must be unused, uninstalled , and in their original packaging with all accessories .


Conditions for Free Returns/Exchanges:
We will cover the return shipping cost and provide free return or exchange service if:

  • The product has quality issues or was damaged during transit .
  • The product is incorrect, missing parts , or does not match the description due to seller error.
  • The product is non-functional through no fault of the customer .
  • The item was purchased from the official website ( www.asgrove.com ).

The following situations are not eligible for free returns/exchanges:

  • Subjective reasons such as personal preference (eg, size, color).
  • The product has been used, installed, or is missing original packaging .
  • Return requests submitted after the 15-day window .
  • Products not purchased from the official AsGrove website .

For non-quality-related returns, the customer will bear about $30 of shipping costs. The refund amount will be deducted by the actual shipping cost and processed through the original payment method. If the product has been opened, AsGrove reserves the right to charge a 10%-15% depreciation fee . Please contact customer service for details: support@asgrove.com


How to Request a Return:
Please email our customer service team at support@asgrove.com and provide the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return or exchange
  3. Product photos or videos (if related to quality issues)

We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.


Return Packaging Requirements:

  • The original shipping box must be used, including all internal packaging and accessories (including any gifts).
  • A return label must be affixed to the outside of the box (please contact customer service at support@asgrove.com to obtain one).

Return Address:
Please do not return items to the original shipping warehouse. Our return center is different.
Contact our customer service team before returning any items to confirm the return address.
Unauthorized returns may be refused by the warehouse , and any resulting costs will be the customer's responsibility .


Refund Policy:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets the return criteria, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
For eligible full refunds, only the product amount will be refunded. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange items will be shipped out after the original item is returned and confirmed to be in proper condition .
  • Exchanges due to quality issues will not incur any additional charges. For non-quality-related exchanges , AsGrove will cover the cost of sending the new item, while the customer bears the return shipping cost.
  • If you need the new item urgently, we recommend placing a new order , and we will process the return for the original item.
