Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
At AsGrove, we are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after being received. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During major promotional events such as Black Friday or Labor Day, shipping may be delayed by 3-5 days. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Time:

  • Canada, Germany, Italy, France, Australia, USA, Russia, United Kingdom, Ukraine: Orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days.

Shipping Methods and Fees:
We offer free standard shipping for all orders (excluding remote areas).
Carriers: YunExpress, FedEx, DHL, UPS

Shipping Regions:

Canada, Germany, Italy, France, Australia, the USA, Russia, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your package via the carrier's official website, by clicking "Track Order" on our website, or by contacting our customer service: support@asgrove.com

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be unforeseen delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance. If there are significant delays or changes, we will notify you promptly.

Address Accuracy:
Please make sure the shipping address you provide is accurate. Once a package is shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to change your address, please contact us within 1-2 hours of placing your order at: support@asgrove.com

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
We currently do not deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical address and contact phone number to ensure successful delivery.

Additional Charges:
Our standard shipping is free. However, in certain cases (such as deliveries to remote areas), additional charges may apply. These will be disclosed to customers at the time of order confirmation.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will ask you to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery. If you no longer wish to receive the item, we will refund the remaining order amount after deducting the shipping cost once the returned product is received.

Duties and Taxes:
 AsGrove does not charge any duties or taxes. For most orders shipped to Canada, Germany, Italy, France, Australia, the USA, and Ukraine, duties or taxes are typically not required. In rare cases where they apply, the customer is responsible for these charges.


Receiving & Inspection
Upon receiving the package, please inspect it in the presence of the courier to ensure the packaging is intact and all accessories are included (refer to the packing list or user manual). If you find any damage or missing items, take photos or videos immediately and contact customer service at support@asgrove.com for after-sales support. We will provide a satisfactory solution.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update: support@asgrove.com


Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for free before it is shipped . Please contact us as soon as possible at support@asgrove.com to request a cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, we will assist in contacting the carrier to attempt a delivery interception, but we cannot guarantee success. Any costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.

If interception fails, you may choose to refuse the package upon delivery or accept it and then contact us to arrange a return. Returns must comply with our return policy.
